3. General provisions and scope of the Shop's activities
The Shop conducts retail sales of fresh flowers and floral arrangements with delivery within Warsaw. Contracts are concluded in Polish and settlements are made in Polish złoty (PLN).
Using the Shop requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, as well as an active email address.
The Customer undertakes to use the Shop in a manner consistent with the law and to provide accurate information.
4. Placing orders
Orders may be placed via the Shop's website. The presentation of Goods in the Shop constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract and is not an offer within the meaning of the law.
To place an order, the Customer:
- selects Goods and adds them to the basket;
- enters the Recipient's details, the delivery address and the preferred delivery time, within the options available;
- provides the contact details needed to fulfil the order;
- reviews the order summary, including the total price;
- confirms the order and makes payment in line with the information shown during checkout.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order. The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm the details of the order, in particular the availability of Goods and the delivery time.
5. Prices and currency
All prices in the Shop are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN). Prices displayed alongside the Goods are binding at the moment the order is placed.
The total amount payable, including the price of the Goods and any additional charges, is shown to the Customer in the order summary before the order is confirmed.
6. Payments
Payment for an order is made via the payment methods available at checkout. Available payment options are shown to the Customer during the final step of the order process.
Order fulfilment begins after the order is confirmed and, in the case of prepayment, once payment has been received or confirmed.
7. Delivery
The Shop delivers only within Warsaw.
Delivery times are offered during checkout for the specific address and cart contents. For orders placed before 16:00, same-day delivery may be offered when the address is supported, the products are available and an open slot exists. Same-day delivery is not offered after 16:00. If the system shows a 3–4-hour window, it applies only to that order and is not a standing guarantee. The delivery time confirmed before payment is binding.
The Shop does not offer 24/7 or overnight delivery.
Successful delivery depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information the Customer provides, in particular the delivery address and the Recipient's phone number. If the Recipient is not present at the specified address, the Seller will attempt to make contact to agree how to proceed with the delivery.
8. Nature of the Goods and substitutions
The Goods sold are fresh flowers and floral arrangements which, by their nature, are perishable. The appearance of the delivered Goods may vary slightly from the presentation in the Shop due to the natural and seasonal character of flowers.
Due to the seasonal availability of particular flower varieties, the Seller reserves the right to make substitutions of similar value and character, preserving the overall style and palette of the ordered arrangement. The Seller will do its best to remain as close as possible to the original order.
9. Customer obligations
The Customer is required to provide accurate and complete information needed to fulfil the order, in particular:
- the Recipient's details;
- an exact delivery address;
- a current phone number for the Recipient enabling contact during delivery.
The Seller is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of delivery arising from the Customer providing incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date information.
10. Complaints
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the Goods or how the order was fulfilled. Complaints should be sent to: info@ifiora.com.
Given the perishable nature of the Goods, we recommend raising any concerns about flower quality promptly on receipt. Where possible, please include photos and a description of the issue — this will help us handle your complaint quickly.
A complaint should include information identifying the order and a description of the issue. The Seller will review complaints without undue delay and inform the Customer of the outcome.
11. Withdrawal from the contract and returns
Consumers are generally entitled to the rights provided by the applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Please note, however, that the Goods offered in the Shop are of a specific nature. Fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable products with a short shelf life, and some orders are prepared to the Customer's individual specification. Such Goods may be subject to specific rules regarding withdrawal from the contract and returns, and the exact scope of these rules requires final verification in line with applicable law.
Detailed rules on withdrawal from the contract and returns will be further specified in the Shop. For matters regarding withdrawal or returns, please contact us at: info@ifiora.com.
12. Intellectual property
The content presented in the Shop, including product descriptions, photos, graphics, the logo and the layout and design of the site, is legally protected and is the property of the Seller or is used on the basis of appropriate rights. Copying, distributing or using this content without the rightholder's consent is not permitted.
13. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons. Orders placed before any amendments take effect are governed by the version of the Terms in force when the order was placed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force.
