If the recipient isn't available, we contact them to arrange collection, or we make a second delivery attempt within 24 hours. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the buyer can either collect the order from our studio in Mokotów, Warsaw, or pay for a third delivery attempt to a chosen address.
You can pay securely at checkout using whichever option suits you best. Available methods include cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna and USDC. All currently available methods are shown during the secure checkout.
Standard delivery costs PLN 29 for orders under PLN 500 and is free from PLN 500. Express delivery within 2 hours costs PLN 50 after prior confirmation.

The photo shows the intended style, but fresh flowers naturally vary. The current composition, size and possible seasonal changes are defined by the product page and the accepted order.
Contact the studio with the date, venue, decoration scope and preferences. Preparation and delivery are confirmed before a wedding order is accepted.

Every order has a story: a birthday, a thank-you or a small gesture to brighten someone's day. At IFIORA, we arrange flowers in our Mokotów studio and deliver throughout Warsaw's 18 districts. Where do we deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver only within Warsaw, covering all 18 districts. Enter the recipient's full address, apartment number and phone number. For a workplace, include the company name and any helpful access instructions.
- Standard delivery costs PLN 29 on orders below PLN 500.
- Standard delivery is free on orders of PLN 500 or more.
- Express costs PLN 50, with an estimated delivery time of up to 2 hours, only after you contact us and we confirm availability.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 hours after we accept the order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time. See our flower delivery information for the full terms.
When should you order for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available Monday–Saturday when we accept your order before 16:00, subject to flower availability and our ability to fulfil it. Placing an order before 16:00 does not itself mean it has been accepted. For an urgent delivery, please contact us before buying.
Sunday deliveries require prior arrangement at least 24 hours in advance. Order early for an important occasion, especially if you have a particular arrangement in mind. Our Mokotów studio is open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–17:00. You can order online 24/7; studio work and deliveries follow their own schedule.
Confirmed deliveries run until 20:00. Delivery hours are separate from the studio opening hours.
How to place your order
Choose an arrangement that suits the occasion and your budget. Check its description, selected option and price on the product page. Browse all our flowers to compare available choices, or read how to send flowers in Warsaw for guidance.
- Enter the recipient's details and complete Warsaw delivery address.
- Select a date and add any useful delivery instructions.
- Write your gift card message, including your name if you wish.
- Check the address, phone number and order summary before paying.
A gift card and standard wrapping are included. Optional extras depend on availability. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly so we can check whether a correction is possible.
As a local online florist, we prepare orders in our own studio. Your bouquet is handled by the IFIORA team, from checking the available flowers to planning its delivery.
Choosing flowers as a gift
Start with the person receiving them. Think about their favourite colours, the occasion and where the flowers will go. A bold bouquet might suit a big celebration, while softer colours can work for a thank-you or a thoughtful gesture. You do not need to know every flower's name to tell us the feeling you have in mind.
Explore our birthday flowers or choose a flower box if you prefer that style of gift. You can order from another city or country, provided the recipient is in Warsaw. Add a few words of your own: a short, personal note makes the gift feel yours.
Freshness, seasonal flowers and care
Flowers are natural, so their shade, opening stage and position can vary. Seasonal availability also affects individual varieties. Product photos show the arrangement's character; we do not promise an exact copy of every detail. Read the product description and ask before ordering if a particular flower or colour matters to you.
Eligible cut flowers come with a 7-day freshness guarantee when properly cared for. Use a clean vase and clean water, recut the stems and remove leaves below the waterline. Keep the flowers in a cool spot away from radiators and direct sunlight, and check their water regularly. If anything concerns you, contact us and describe what has happened.
Flowers for weddings, farewells and events
For a ceremony, the place, time and type of arrangement matter as much as the colours. Contact us in advance about wedding flowers, with your date, venue, approximate budget and any ideas you would like to share. This helps us discuss what is possible and available.
For funeral flowers, provide the exact ceremony location and time, and carefully check any accompanying message. Bespoke decorations, larger orders and event flowers need their details and availability agreed first. The same applies to flowers for a company, a meeting or a thank-you for your team. Please allow time for that conversation.
