Flower baskets are ready-made arrangements of live, fresh flowers set in a decorative basket. IFIORA prepares them by hand in our floral studio in Mokotów and delivers them only within Warsaw. The current composition, color, size, construction, variant and price are always determined by the chosen product page.

The range of baskets changes seasonally, and the collection may from time to time contain no active products. This description explains the character of the category, but it does not guarantee the availability of a specific model, species or size. In our baskets we use only live and fresh flowers — no artificial, dried or preserved ones.

A flower basket does not require a separate vase and, once delivered, can be placed in the spot of your choice. It is a convenient form for a home, office, reception desk, hotel or venue. A stable base makes it easy to display, but the exact construction and watering method depend on the product. You should follow the instructions assigned to the specific arrangement.

Baskets may differ in shape, proportions, the material of the container and the way the flowers are arranged. You should not assume that every product has the same contents or identical dimensions. All binding information should be on the product page.

For a birthday or anniversary you can choose a cheerful, elegant or more impressive arrangement, depending on the recipient's taste. It is worth matching the size to the place of delivery. How to choose the right flower basket?

First consider the occasion, the recipient's preferences and where it will be placed. Then compare the dimensions, variants and care description on the product pages. If the basket is going to an office or institution, provide the full details of the place and make sure that someone will be able to receive the delivery.

Natural flowers are not identical mass-produced items, so they may differ slightly in how far they have opened and in their arrangement. The character of the ordered arrangement, its composition and all permissible variants are set by the product page, and any non-standard arrangements require prior contact and confirmation.

Delivery of flower baskets in Warsaw

Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 hours. It costs 29 zł for orders under 500 zł, and from 500 zł it is free. A same-day delivery may be accepted before 16:00 if the chosen basket is available, a time slot remains free and the studio confirms fulfillment.

Express delivery within 2 hours costs 50 zł and requires prior contact and confirmation. We deliver Monday to Saturday, with no Sundays. An order can also be placed from abroad for a recipient in Warsaw. IFIORA customer service is available in Polish, English and Russian.

Card, wrapping and add-ons

You can add a standard card with your own message to the basket free of charge. Standard wrapping is included in the price. Chocolates, balloons and soft toys are paid add-ons according to their current product pages. The type and parameters of balloons depend on the specific product page. We do not offer separate paid greeting cards.

How to care for a flower basket?

Place the arrangement on a stable surface, away from radiators, direct sun, drafts and ripening fruit. Do not remove the flowers from the structure unless the product instructions recommend it. The method and frequency of topping up the water depend on the model, so always follow the instructions received with the basket.

IFIORA provides a 7-day freshness guarantee with proper care. Natural flowers may open at different rates and change their appearance after delivery.
