Floral accessories let you complement a bouquet or arrangement with a practical or gift-like detail. At IFIORA, a free message card and standard packaging are part of a flower order. Chocolates, balloons and soft toys are paid add-ons. Vases and other accessories may be available in line with the current product cards. Each card sets out the binding option, price, availability and the conditions for adding it to an order.
Which bouquet add-ons can you choose?
Free message card
A standard message card can be added to a flower order at no extra charge. Enter the text exactly when placing the order and check the spelling of names and the signature. IFIORA does not offer a separate collection of paid premium cards.
Balloons
Balloons are a paid add-on. The type, material, colour, size, method of inflation and price depend on the specific product; do not assume that every balloon is foil, latex or helium-filled. The binding information is on the product card.
Chocolates
Chocolates can be added for a fee if a suitable option is available for the chosen order. The brand, weight, ingredients, allergens, type of packaging and price are given on the product card. It is worth checking these details before purchase, especially when the recipient has allergies or particular dietary requirements.
Soft toys
Soft toys are a paid gift add-on. The available model, size and price follow from the current product card. We do not promise a particular design or size beyond the variants shown in the shop.
Vases and other accessories
A vase can make it easier to arrange a bouquet straight after delivery. The material, dimensions, colour and compatibility with a specific arrangement should be checked with the chosen product. Other accessories are available only when they appear in the current offer.
How to match accessories to flowers?
- Occasion: one add-on suits a birthday, another an anniversary, and yet another a thank-you.
- Style of the arrangement: choose a form and colour that complement the bouquet rather than compete with it.
- Recipient: take into account age, taste, allergies and the place of delivery.
- Product conditions: check whether the add-on can be ordered on its own or only together with flowers.
- Price: the binding amount is on the product card and in the basket before payment.
Ordering accessories with delivery in Warsaw
We deliver only within Warsaw, from Monday to Saturday. Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 hours and costs 29 zł for orders below 500 zł; from 500 zł it is free. A same-day order is possible when accepted before 16:00 and after the availability of the products, the date and a free slot have been confirmed. Express delivery within 2 hours costs 50 zł and requires prior contact and confirmation.
An order can also be placed from abroad for a recipient in Warsaw. The studio and customer service operate between 10:00 and 17:00, and help is available in Polish, English and Russian.

Is every balloon helium-filled?
Do not assume so. The method of inflation and the other parameters are given on the card of the specific balloon.

Is a product shown always available?
