Flower Box

A flower box is a decorative composition of live, fresh flowers arranged in a box and ready to display on delivery. IFIORA prepares flower boxes by hand in our floristry studio in Mokotów and delivers them within Warsaw only. The current composition, colour, size, construction, care method and price are always set out on the specific product card.

The collection changes seasonally. Not every style shown has to be permanently available, and the description alone does not confirm a specific species, number of flowers or type of box. In IFIORA flower boxes we use only live, fresh flowers — no artificial, dried or preserved flowers.

Flower Box Warsaw – how does it differ from a bouquet?

A bouquet usually needs a vase after delivery, whereas a flower box is designed as a complete form in a decorative box. This makes it a convenient gift for a home, an office, a hotel or an event venue. The exact way the flowers are fixed and watered depends on the model, so you should follow only the instructions assigned to the given product.

A flower box is not one, always identical construction. Individual compositions may differ in form, proportions and the way they are arranged. Before you place an order, read the product description instead of assuming that every box contains the same contents, the same species or the same number of stems.

Flower box with roses

Roses in a box have an elegant, orderly character and are often chosen for an anniversary, Valentine's Day or a romantic gift. Colours and available variants may change. If a specific number or shade of roses matters to you, choose a product whose card clearly confirms these parameters.

Flower box with a mixed composition

A mixed composition may combine different live, fresh flowers in one palette or build an effect of contrast. The final composition follows the chosen product and its available variant. The name of the collection does not mean that species, colours or the box can be freely swapped without prior arrangement with our studio.

Signature IFIORA flower box

Signature compositions are created according to the concept of IFIORA's florists. They can have a romantic, minimalist, modern or more decorative style. Selected projects of the brand use solutions IFIORA presented in Warsaw for the first time. This information describes the history of the project and is not a declaration of a patent or legal exclusivity.

For which occasion to choose flowers in a box?

A flower box can be a gift for a birthday, an anniversary, Mother's Day, Women's Day, Valentine's Day, a thank-you, congratulations or an important meeting. It is also a solution for someone who wants a ready decoration without looking for a suitable vase. When selecting a composition, take into account the recipient's taste, the colours of their interior and the character of your relationship.

A romantic flower box may use deeper reds or delicate pastels, while a light, calm palette works well as a thank-you or an elegant business gift. These are general suggestions. The binding appearance of the order is always shown on the product card.

How to order a flower box with delivery in Warsaw?

Choose an active product, check its description and variants, then provide the recipient's details and a Warsaw address. Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 hours. The cost is 29 zł for orders below 500 zł, while from 500 zł standard delivery is free.

Same-day delivery is possible for orders accepted before 16:00, if the flower box is available, we have an open time slot and the studio confirms fulfilment. Express delivery within 2 hours costs 50 zł, requires prior contact and is also subject to confirmation. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, with no Sundays. An order can also be placed from abroad for a recipient in Warsaw; we serve customers in Polish, English and Russian.

Free card and add-ons

You can add a free standard card with your own message to the flower box. Standard wrapping is included in the price. Chocolates, balloons and soft toys are paid add-ons according to the current product cards. The variant, type and parameters of the balloons depend on the information on the specific product card. We do not offer separate paid greeting cards.

How to care for a flower box?

Do not remove the flowers from the box unless the product instructions recommend it. Place the composition on a stable surface, away from a radiator, direct sun, draughts and ripening fruit. The way and frequency of topping up the water depend on the construction of the flower box, so follow the instructions received with the product. Do not pour water onto the petals or the decorative elements of the box.

IFIORA provides a 7-day freshness guarantee with proper care. Natural flowers open at different rates, so their appearance may change from day to day.
