Happy Birthday is sung in chorus, but wishes are best delivered in person. This bright, pastel bunch was designed with birthdays in mind: as colourful as a good party, yet delicate enough not to outshine the guest of honour. If words come easily to you, add a short note of your own; if not, the flowers will say plenty. Handed over in the morning, it can set the tone for a whole day of celebration. A birthday comes once a year, so let the flowers, at least, be without compromise.
