The name doesn't lie: this bouquet looks like a bowl of ice cream just before it melts. We blend hydrangeas, lisianthus, roses and peonies in soft, dessert-like shades, cluster upon cluster, dense and gentle. Peony petals have something of whipped cream to the touch, lisianthus adds lightness, and hydrangeas fill it all to the brim. The effect is appetising, in the best sense of the word. Give it to someone with a sweet tooth, or to yourself on a hot day — zero calories, pure pleasure.
