Anyone who has ever crushed raspberries with sugar knows this shade of pink. The whole bouquet keeps to those very tones, from juicy to gently faded. We mix a range of delicate flowers in it, arranging them densely and carefully, bloom against bloom, until a soft, full dome takes shape. The raspberry colours are refreshing without ever turning childish, so the bouquet works just as well for a friend's birthday as on the table of an elegant living room. In summer it looks lush; in winter it reminds you that fruit season will come round again.
